The Alfa Romeo Junior has earned a spot among the seven finalists for the prestigious 2025 Car of the Year award. Selected by an international jury of 60 automotive journalists from 23 countries, the Junior is celebrated for its style, advanced technology, and innovative powertrain options.
Competing against 42 other models introduced in 2024, the Junior impressed the jury with its sporty design, dynamic performance, and versatility.

As Alfa Romeo’s return to the compact segment, the Junior stands out with hybrid and fully electric configurations, making it an accessible yet distinctive choice for a new generation of drivers.
Offered in multiple variants, the Junior includes the “IBRIDA” with a 136-hp 48V Hybrid VGT engine, the all-electric “ELETTRICA” with up to 410 km of range, and the high-performance 280-hp VELOCE model.
Designed with practicality in mind, the Junior boasts the largest trunk in its premium class at 400 liters while maintaining Alfa Romeo’s signature driving experience and Italian flair.
The winner of the Car of the Year award will be announced on January 10, 2025, during the Brussels International Motor Show, following rigorous evaluation by the jury.
