This year’s Cavalcade saw over 60 classic Ferraris from around the world, with entries from as far as South Africa, Mexico, and Australia. Upon arrival at the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Wellness Resort & Spa, cars like the Ferrari 125 S and the Ferrari F40 lined up, representing the pinnacle of 20th-century automotive engineering.

The event began with a spectacle of sound and speed, as Ferrari’s finest roared out of the picturesque seaside village, two at a time, led by Ferrari Vice Chairman Piero Ferrari and his grandson Enzo Mattioli Ferrari.

The journey took drivers through the beautiful Collio wine region, passing through Italy’s most scenic villages. Day one included a stop in Udine, where the Piazza della Libertà became the backdrop for an exhibition of legendary Ferraris, including the rare inline-6 121 LM and several 166 MM Ferraris.

From Udine, the procession made its way down towards the coast, passing through historic towns like Palmanova and Aquileia, accompanied by the unmistakable symphony of Ferrari V12s and V8s.

While the first day highlighted Italy’s architectural beauty, the following days showcased the region’s natural splendor. The route crossed into Slovenia, following the Isonzo River to the UNESCO city of Idrija, before concluding in Trieste with a drive along the Karst region and up the historic Opicina hill, famous for its hill climb race since the early 1900s.

The seventh Cavalcade Classiche was a triumph, combining breathtaking cars, scenic routes, and a shared sense of community among Ferrari enthusiasts from around the globe.

As the sun set each evening, and the stories of adventure and camaraderie unfolded over champagne, it became clear that the magic of the Cavalcade lies not just in the cars, but in the people and their passion for the open road. This year’s event will undoubtedly go down as one of the best in the history of the Cavalcade Classiche.
