FIAT has solidified its dominance in the European city car market, with the Panda and 500e leading the way in both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) segments.
The iconic Panda, the most-sold city car in Europe, has achieved over 100,000 units sold in the first nine months of 2024, with a 26% year-to-date share in the segment. In Italy, the Panda boasts an impressive 56% market share year-to-date, underscoring its position as the top-selling car in the country.

Meanwhile, the 500e continues to excel in the electric city car segment, with a remarkable 45% year-to-date market share across Europe.
It holds a commanding lead in several major markets, including the UK (80%), France (49%), Germany (48%), and Italy (29%), further reinforcing FIAT’s leadership in sustainable urban mobility.
In addition to the success of the Panda and 500e, FIAT’s Topolino has emerged as a leader in Italy’s electric quadricycle market, capturing a 47% share since its launch in July.
With these milestones, FIAT strengthens its position as Europe’s number one city car brand, continuing its mission to drive sustainable mobility across the continent.
