Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) closed the third quarter of 2024 with 31,588 vehicle sales, a 42.3% increase compared to Q3 2023, bringing year-to-date (YTD) sales to 82,718, a 22.1% rise from the previous year.
The Outlander remained the top seller, with 11,138 units sold in Q3, a 19.3% year-over-year (YOY) increase, while its Plug-in Hybrid version saw a 20.8% YOY boost with 2,279 units sold.

The Eclipse Cross continued its strong performance, with Q3 sales of 4,196, up 26.7% YOY and a 33.2% YTD rise. The Mirage also saw significant growth, driven by improved availability, with Q3 sales jumping 152.3% to 10,162 units, and YTD sales doubling to 20,024, a 114.3% increase.
Mitsubishi recently announced its “Momentum 2030” business plan, focusing on expanding its product lineup with a blend of hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles, with one new or refreshed model debuting each year until 2030.
The plan also includes dealer network expansion and introducing new technology-driven sales and customer service processes.

- Mirage: Q3 sales up 152.3% (10,162 units)
- Outlander: Q3 sales up 19.3% (11,138 units)
- Eclipse Cross: Q3 sales up 26.7% (4,196 units)
