American Honda has confirmed that the Dax 125, a nod to the iconic 1969 CT70, will be available in the U.S.
for the 2025 model year. Previously offered in Europe, the Dax 125 is the latest addition to Honda’s miniMOTO lineup, appealing to both nostalgic enthusiasts and new riders alike.
Colin Miller, Manager of Public Relations at American Honda, noted that the Trail 70 was a staple of American campgrounds in the ’70s, and the Dax 125 revives its beloved design while incorporating modern technology, performance, and reliability.
It retains the iconic “T-bone” frame and chunky tires that made the original model so recognizable.
The 2025 Dax 125 features a retro aesthetic with modern updates, making it a fun, approachable bike for both older riders who remember the CT70 and younger ones drawn to its unique style.
Available in Pearl Glittering Blue and Pearl Gray, the Dax 125 will be in U.S. dealerships starting in October with an MSRP of $4,199.
