Mercedes-Benz Vans has introduced a Mobile Service that brings vehicle maintenance and repairs directly to customers, minimizing downtime and enhancing convenience.
Available for both commercial and private customers, the service allows inspections, repairs, and maintenance to be performed at the customer’s location.
Originally launched with the Mercedes-Benz Vito for private customers in select markets, the service now includes the larger Sprinter van, aimed at commercial fleets.

The Sprinter-based mobile workshops are already operational in Germany, Austria, Spain, and Denmark, with further expansion planned. By scheduling service for multiple vehicles at once, fleet managers can maximize vehicle uptime, regardless of whether the vans are electric or combustion-powered.
The Mobile Service is carried out by highly trained Mercedes-Benz technicians using genuine parts and advanced diagnostic tools. Services include routine maintenance, software updates, and repairs on components like mirrors and bumpers.
The fully equipped Sprinter vans feature everything necessary for on-site repairs, including a mobile lifting system for vehicles up to 5.5 tons.
This service ensures that businesses and private owners can maintain their vehicles with less downtime, improving operational efficiency and convenience.
