Rolls-Royce announces Domagoj Dukec as the new Director of Design, bringing over 20 years of experience to lead the marque into its next era of luxury and innovation.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced that Domagoj Dukec will assume the role of Director of Design on October 1, 2024.

Dukec, who brings over two decades of experience, including five years as BMW’s Head of Design, will succeed Anders Warming, who is transitioning to a senior role at BMW Group’s Designworks and Advanced Design.

Warming’s leadership oversaw key launches like the all-electric Spectre, a refreshed Cullinan, and a new expression of the Phantom.

He also played a pivotal role in bespoke creations, including the highly exclusive Droptail models and Private Collection cars, which emphasized Rolls-Royce’s commitment to personalization.

In his new role, Dukec will lead all design efforts at Rolls-Royce, including the rapidly growing bespoke division, catering to the brand’s discerning clientele.

His challenge will be to uphold the marque’s design heritage, rooted in Sir Henry Royce’s principles, while pushing the boundaries of luxury and modern innovation, ensuring Rolls-Royce cars remain timeless yet contemporary.
