Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. strengthens its leadership in sustainable logistics by adding a Nikola Class 8 battery-electric vehicle, expanding its zero-emission fleet to eight trucks.

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. has added a Nikola Class 8 battery-electric vehicle (BEV) to its fleet, bringing the company’s total to eight electric trucks.

This addition strengthens Benore’s position as a leader in sustainable logistics across the East Coast and makes it the top eco-friendly logistics provider in South Carolina.

The Nikola BEV, designed for short-haul regional operations, offers a 330-mile range, 645 continuous horsepower, and a 90-minute recharge with a 350kW charger.

With zero emissions and nine high-voltage battery packs totaling 738 kWh, it exemplifies Benore’s commitment to clean transportation.

CEO Jeffery M. Benore highlighted the importance of this move, stating, “The addition of the Nikola zero-emissions truck to our fleet marks a significant milestone in our mission to optimize energy usage across various operational scenarios.” This latest expansion, made possible by federal funding through the EPA’s Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA) and collaboration with South Carolina Ports, extends Benore’s electric vehicle capabilities within the Southeastern U.S.
