Dearborn, Mich., August 8, 2024 – Ford, in collaboration with N+, a leader in cycling technology, has launched a new lineup of officially licensed e-bikes inspired by the legendary Bronco and Mustang vehicles. These e-bikes aim to deliver the adventurous and exhilarating experiences associated with their four-wheeled counterparts.

Tyler Hill, Ford’s global brand licensing manager, highlighted the intent behind the new e-bikes: “We know the passion and thrill that gets unlocked when people get behind the wheel of a Bronco and Mustang. These new e-bikes will allow more people to experience the adventurous spirit of a Bronco and the exhilaration of a Mustang from the moment they grip the handlebars.”

Bronco E-Bike: Built Wild® with Capability and Performance

The Bronco e-bike is designed to reflect the rugged performance of the Bronco SUV, featuring a powerful 750W hub-mounted motor generating 85 Nm of torque. It includes a G.O.A.T.™ (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) inspired dual suspension system and a comfortable motorcycle-style seat, ensuring a ride that matches the adventurous spirit of the Bronco.

  • 750W Hub-Mounted Motor: Delivers 85 Nm of torque, with a top assist speed of 28 MPH and an approximate range of 60 miles on a 3.5-hour charge.
  • Four-Piston Hydraulic Brakes: Provides superior braking performance for enhanced control.
  • Pirelli Tires and Running Lights: Equipped with Pirelli Scorpion Enduro M hardwall 27.5″ x 2.6″ tires and bright lights for improved visibility.
  • Motorcycle-Inspired Seat: Offers enhanced rider comfort and style.
  • Full-Color LCD Panel: Integrated into the handlebars, displaying real-time information such as speed, battery life, and range.

The Bronco e-bike is priced at $4,500 MSRP, with 10 additional color options available for an extra $390.

Mustang E-Bikes: Adrenaline Chasers

In celebration of the Mustang’s 60th anniversary, Ford is introducing two Mustang e-bike models. These bikes capture the performance-driven design and technology of the iconic sports car, offering handling that mimics the Mustang’s dynamic driving experience.

  • 750W Hub-Mounted Motors: Both models provide 85 Nm of torque, with a top assist speed of 28 MPH and an approximate range of 60 miles on a 3.5-hour charge.
  • Four-Piston Hydraulic Brakes: Ensures maximum safety with robust braking capabilities.
  • Full-Color LCD Panel: Provides real-time information including speed, battery life, and range, inspired by the Mustang’s driver display.
  • Limited Edition Availability: The Mustang 60th Anniversary Edition will be available exclusively through Ford dealers in limited quantities.

The Mustang e-bike is priced at $4,000 MSRP, with an additional 10 color options beyond the standard Carbonized Gray Metallic available for $390.
