The individual vehicle awards include the Kia Sportage as the Best Vehicle for Commuters, the all-electric Kia EV9 as the Top Pick for Tomorrow Seekers, the Kia Sorento and Kia Carnival as Top Picks for Empty Nesters, the Kia Seltos as the Top Pick for First-Time Car Buyers, and the Kia Niro as a Top Pick for Commuters.

The Newsweek Autos Awards, now in their fourth year, have introduced psychographic categories for the first time, aligning with 13 types of new car buyers and their vehicle purchasing priorities. Each category is measured from the perspective of individuals within those lifestyle categories, providing a unique and tailored approach to vehicle evaluation.
