The precise steering minimizes understeer, and the clever electronic limited-slip differential effectively manages power delivery on corner exits.
However, the MC20 Cielo has some drawbacks. The V-6 engine’s exhaust note is too subdued to be engaging, particularly with the top down. Its sound profile is more of a monotone baritone than a thrilling scream. Additionally, the Cielo, while quick, lacks the exhilarating sensation expected on longer straights and could benefit from a more playful driving dynamic.
In contrast, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GT63 embraces a more dramatic approach to high-speed performance. The V-8 engine growls ferociously, a hallmark of AMG’s legacy.
