Hipcamp, the premier global campsite booking platform, has teamed up with Subaru of America, Inc. to launch a new resource featuring 10 electric vehicle-friendly road trips across the U.S. These routes offer easy access to EV charging, pet-friendly and family-oriented stays, allowing travelers to customize their road trip to suit their needs.
This initiative marks Hipcamp’s debut in providing road trip resources, highlighting routes that span the nation. Among the featured journeys are iconic drives like Route 66, Texas’s Chihuahuan Desert, and the scenic California coast. These routes can be explored in full or in segments, providing flexibility for adventurers.
With Hipcamp’s expanding network of hosts and the growing EV infrastructure, over 80% of Hipcamp sites now have nearby public EV charging stations. The EV charging station map layer on Hipcamp’s platform allows campers to plan their stops with ease.
