At this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, Lamborghini showcased its pioneering models, the Revuelto and the new Urus SE, both representing significant strides in the brand’s hybridization journey.

The Revuelto, Lamborghini’s first High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), and the Urus SE, a plug-in hybrid super SUV, took center stage in the Lamborghini Lounge and participated in the famed hill climb, captivating thousands of spectators.

Automobili Lamborghini Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann emphasized the festival’s importance, stating, “Goodwood Festival of Speed provides Lamborghini with the perfect environment in which to meet owners and enthusiasts, who love the opportunity to get close to our cars on display as well as the emotive experience of witnessing our super sports models in action.” He highlighted that the Revuelto and Urus SE exemplify Lamborghini’s commitment to hybrid technology, blending aesthetic allure with cutting-edge performance.

The unique Revuelto on display, crafted by Lamborghini’s Ad Personam department, showcased the limitless potential for personalization. It featured a grey Grigio Acheso exterior with red Rosso Mimir accents, extensive carbon fiber elements, and black Nero Nemesis components. The interior mirrored this color scheme with black Nero Ade upholstery, red Rosso Alala stitching, and carbon fiber details, creating a cohesive and striking design. This bespoke right-hand drive Revuelto is destined for a UK client.

In addition to its display role, the Revuelto was driven by Lamborghini Squadra Corse drivers in the Supercar Paddock. The Urus SE, making its UK dynamic debut, participated in the First Glance class. Revealed earlier this year at the Beijing auto show, the Urus SE boasts an 800 CV hybrid powertrain. This combination of a combustion engine and electric motor not only enhances performance but also achieves an 80 percent reduction in emissions compared to the Urus S. The Urus SE, set to hit markets worldwide from 2025, already has orders covering the first 24 months of production.

Accompanying the Revuelto in the Supercar Paddock were other Lamborghini models, including a Huracán Tecnica, a Huracán EVO Spyder in a special Diablo 30th anniversary viola color, and a Huracán Sterrato. With the much-anticipated successor to the Huracán expected to be unveiled later this year, the Festival of Speed offered a chance to celebrate the Huracán’s distinctive design and naturally-aspirated engines on Goodwood’s iconic 1.16-mile hill run.
