The Talent Campus will feature modern training spaces equipped with the latest technologies, workshops, and a public café, showcasing BMW’s dedication to fostering innovation and continuous learning. BMW Group’s diverse entry-level training programmes include internships, apprenticeships, and young talent initiatives for students and graduates, focusing on electronics, automation, IT, and e-mobility. With around 30 apprenticeship programmes and 20 student apprenticeships globally, BMW nurtures approximately 5,200 young talents, including 1,200 apprenticeships in Germany alone.

The programmes emphasize holistic development, allowing participants to identify and nurture their unique strengths. Initiatives such as the MOVE global exchange programme and the Talent Factory enable apprentices and students to gain international experience and develop their skills in real-world settings.
