A vintage Aston Martin is up for auction for £100,00 – but it needs a bit of TLC.
The 1967 DB6 has been labelled a “stalled restoration project.”
It means, despite the whopping price tag, the new owner will have work to do to return the motor to its former glory.

Much of the 145mph car’s bodywork is corroded and needs replacing.
But ‘under the bonnet’ extensive welding and machine work has already been carried out.
Yet the engine – although present – remains disassembled, with re-fitting part of the restoration fun.
Introduced originally at the 1965 Motor Show, the DB6 enjoyed better speed stability than its predecessors and could reach 0-60mph in just 7.4 seconds, and had a larger interior.
The 57-year-old classic Aston Martin – with an original colour combo of deep carriage green paintwork over a red leather interior – is up for sale with H and H Classics.
A spokesperson for the auctioneers said: “It is an incredible opportunity for a prospective buyer to build one of the great David Brown-era Astons to their specification.
“The DB6/3276/R is available with much of the hard work having been completed. Supplied with a number of invoices on file and a hoard of extra parts.”
The auction, with an estimated bidding price of £80,000 to £100,000, takes place at Pavillion Gardens in Buxton, Derbyshire, on 24 July at 1pm, as reported by Luxury Auto News.
