Following a successful pilot phase involving over 10,000 customers, the car manufacturer is integrating ChatGPT into the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit®, activated via the voice assistant “OK PEUGEOT,” to enhance the driving experience with a wide array of innovative services.

Wide-Scale AI Integration
ChatGPT is now a standard feature in all new PEUGEOT models equipped with voice command, including the New 208, New 2008, New 308, New 308 SW, New 408, New 508, New 508 SW, New RIFTER, New TRAVELLER, New PARTNER, and New EXPERT. The New 3008 and New 5008 will follow at the end of the year. This AI integration spans 17 markets and 12 languages across Europe, including Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, with more countries to follow by the end of July.
Seamless Access and Practical Services
Interaction with ChatGPT is seamless through the embedded voice assistant in the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit®. Users can simply say “OK PEUGEOT” to activate the AI and ask questions. ChatGPT can provide information about local monuments, historical facts, and even guide users to destinations using the car’s navigation system. Additionally, it can entertain passengers with quizzes and other interactive activities.
Availability and Subscription Details
Starting today, ChatGPT is available in PEUGEOT’s main European markets and can be accessed as part of the Connect Plus pack. For existing customers, the AI feature can be added as a standalone service. The Connect Plus pack is included in the vehicle’s price for the first six months from the warranty start date and is available by subscription thereafter at €12/month or €120/year. Customers can also integrate ChatGPT for €1.5/month or €15/year through PEUGEOT’s connected services store.
