The battery-powered machine looks like something from a Sci-Fi movie being a completely new and unique aircraft.

The flying car has enough room for four passengers and a pilot, as reported by Luxury Auto News.

‘Midnight’ has been designed to complete back-to-back flights of 20 to 50 miles, needing minimal charging time in between.

Hour-long ground commutes can be done in minutes due to the vehicles’ high speeds of 150 miles per hour.

“Archer’s cutting-edge, proprietary electric propulsion system powers our aircraft.

“We use advanced technology to design our aircraft and simulate flight to ensure we are delivering a safe, aerodynamic and efficient electric aircraft that is poised to be one of the first electric aircraft to ever take to the skies carrying passengers in and around cities across the world.

“Our approach to helping transform the urban environment goes beyond the in-flight experience.

“With fully-electric propulsion and smaller rotors than helicopters, our aircraft are up to 100X quieter than a helicopter when flying at cruising altitudes, making them virtually inaudible from the streets below.”
