Alfa Romeo has reached a major milestone with the 100,000th Tonale rolling off the production line at the Stellantis Giambattista Vico plant in Pomigliano d’Arco, Naples.

The vehicle—a Sprint trim in Rosso Alfa destined for the Italian market—represents the model’s growing global appeal and Alfa Romeo’s successful leap into electrified sportiness.

Launched in 2022, the Tonale blends Italian design, advanced tech, and hybrid performance, symbolizing the brand’s move into a new era while staying true to its DNA.

Available in Sprint, Veloce, and Intensa trims, engine options include a 280-hp Plug-In Hybrid Q4, a 160-hp Hybrid with VGT, and a 130-hp Turbo Diesel. The top-end Intensa series stands out with 20″ gold-accented wheels, Alcantara interiors, and high-end features like Harman Kardon audio and Level 2 ADAS.

Built at one of Stellantis’ most advanced facilities—revamped specifically for Tonale production—the Pomigliano plant reflects Alfa Romeo’s focus on quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
