Toyota is bidding farewell to the fifth-generation GR Supra with the 2026 GR Supra MkV Final Edition—a tribute to its motorsports legacy and a celebration of the car’s six-year run since its 2019 revival under Akio Toyoda, aka Morizo.
Reintroduced after a 17-year break, the MkV GR Supra has earned its place in motorsport history, proving itself in top-tier events like Formula Drift, Japan’s Super Taikyu, and the Nürburgring 24 Hours.
True to Toyota’s kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, the GR Supra has evolved with annual performance tweaks.

The 2026 Final Edition pushes the envelope with enhanced braking via larger Brembo discs, refined suspension and chassis tuning, improved aerodynamic elements, and increased rigidity for sharper handling and better cornering grip. The updates create a more connected driving experience whether on track or twisty backroads.
Powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine, the GR Supra delivers 382 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque, with a 0–60 mph time of 3.9 seconds for the automatic and 4.2 for the manual.
Standard features include sport-tuned suspension, rear-wheel drive, dual exhausts, and Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Transmission options include an 8-speed AT and a manual gearbox equipped with Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) software for rev-matching and torque optimization.

The Final Edition stands out with 19-inch matte black wheels, a carbon fiber ducktail spoiler, and matching mirror caps. Inside, the cabin features Alcantara-trimmed leather sport seats with red stitching, GR badging, and unique accents like red seatbelts and a custom GR cupholder cover.
A GT4-inspired style pack—launching Fall 2025—adds exclusive matte paint (Burnout or Undercover), exterior decals, red mirrors, and carbon aero details, nodding to the GT4 EVO2 race car.
Drivers can toggle between Normal, Sport, and Individual modes, adjusting throttle, damping, and steering dynamics on the fly. An Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) helps optimize comfort and control based on real-time road and driving inputs.
Inside, the Supra balances performance and luxury. The 3.0 grade comes with black Alcantara/leather sport seats and a 10-speaker audio system.
The 3.0 Premium adds upscale options like hazelnut leather seats, a 12-speaker 500-watt JBL system, and standard Supra Connect with wireless Apple CarPlay. The MkV Final Edition and 3.0 Premium MT also include Qi wireless charging.

Optional tech upgrades (Safety & Technology Plus JBL Package) on the 3.0 grade bring dynamic radar cruise control (AT only), navigation, JBL audio, Supra Connect, blind spot monitoring, and emergency parking sensors. The 3.0 Premium can be further upgraded with the Driver Assist Package, bundling advanced safety and driver aids.
Every 2026 GR Supra includes essential safety features like Pre-Collision with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, ABS, VSC, multiple airbags, and more. Convenience touches include auto high beams, a rearview camera, hill start assist, and a tire pressure monitoring system.
As a bonus, all GR Supra buyers get a complimentary one-year NASA (National Auto Sport Association) membership with a free High Performance Driving Event and event discounts—cementing the Supra’s track-ready credibility.
Production of the fifth-gen GR Supra wraps up in Spring 2026, with the Final Edition and the rest of the 2026 lineup arriving in dealerships by Spring 2025. All models are backed by Toyota’s standard 36-month/36,000-mile warranty, 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain coverage, corrosion protection, and ToyotaCare maintenance and roadside assistance for two years.
