Bidders will be buzzing to know the scooter is in good working order and has a V5C ready to be used on the road.

Henry Cole, 61, is known for his love of all things bikes presenting shows such as ‘Shed and Buried’, ‘World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides’ and ‘Find It, Fix It, Flog It’.
The 68-year-old Lambretta is kitted out with many original parts which includes the speedometer.

Viewers tuning into ‘Shed and Buried’ in the summer will see how the scooter was acquired as part of a deal with a car.
The show follows Henry, co-presenter Fuzz Townshend and expert restorer Guy Willison search through sheds of the UK to find gems that can be fixed and flogged for a profit.

The Mk3 is a more comfortable version of the LD with a larger saddle.
The scooter also features a handlebar-mounted casting equipped with a horn and a fixed glovebox inside the leg shield containing the speedometer and optional clock.

The Lambretta will be auctioned on 26 March at the National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull, as reported by Luxury Auto News.

Paul Diamond, vintage scooter specialist at H&H Classics, said: “Our auction is a great opportunity to own a good, working example Lambretta LD150 Mk3 that also has a smattering of celebrity appeal.”

It is being sold without a reserve.
Similar scooters have sold for up to £4,000.
