Customers receive payment requests, reminders, and confirmations directly from Mercedes-Benz, with the option to respond or contact dealers for support. This enhances trust and simplifies interactions.
For dealerships, the digitalization of payments reduces transaction times by up to 20 minutes through automated accounting and integrated tracking, allowing more focus on customer service.
The system also supports innovative service models like mobile servicing, where vehicles are maintained at customers’ locations.
Aufinity Group, known for its bezahl.de platform, specializes in digitalizing automotive payment processes, enabling faster liquidity and increased transparency. The partnership with Mercedes-Benz is setting new standards for payment management in the European automotive sector.
