The 2025 Corvette ZR1 has cemented its status as a track legend, setting five production car lap records at iconic U.S. circuits.
Powered by an astonishing 1,064 horsepower, the ZR1’s dominance is also a tribute to the driving expertise of four elite GM engineers, all certified at GM Level 6, the highest tier of high-performance testing.

- Watkins Glen Long Course – 1:52.6 (Bill Wise, Lead Performance Engineer)
- Road America – 2:08.6 (Brian Wallace, Lead Vehicle Dynamics Engineer)

- VIR Full Course – 1:47.7 (Aaron Link, Global Vehicle Performance Manager)
- VIR Grand Course – 2:32.3 (Aaron Link)
With a top speed of 233 mph, 0-60 mph in just 2.3 seconds, and a quarter-mile time of 9.6 seconds (with the ZTK Performance Package), the ZR1 is a force to be reckoned with. Production begins in Q2 2025 at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky, with Chevrolet opening orders later this month.
