Stellantis closes 2024 as a market leader in EU29 with a 17.1% share, excelling in CV, BEV, and PC segments, backed by innovative models and strong sales performance.

Stellantis has solidified its position as a dominant force in the EU29 passenger car (PC) and commercial vehicle (CV) market, ending 2024 with a 17.1% market share, retaining second place overall.

The company leads the CV segment with a 29.1% share and holds a commanding 31.7% in the electric CV market, maintaining its status as a key player in the region’s electric transition.

Stellantis Pro One emerged as the top CV brand in seven G10 countries, including France, Germany, and Italy, with total CV sales rising 2.2% year-over-year.

In the PC sector, models like the Peugeot 208 and Fiat Panda shone, ranking among Europe’s top sellers. Stellantis is the market leader in France, Italy, and Portugal, and holds strong second-place positions in Germany, Spain, and the UK.

In the BEV market, Stellantis achieved a 12.1% share, securing a spot on the podium amid a broader slowdown in EV demand. The Fiat 500 Electric led the A-segment, while five Stellantis models, including the Peugeot E-208 and Opel Corsa Electric, dominated the B-segment. In France, Stellantis maintained its BEV leadership with a 32.8% market share.

The company launched 27 new models globally in 2024, including the Lancia Ypsilon, Citroën ë-C3, and Peugeot E-3008, which set new standards with long-range versions exceeding 650 km. Stellantis’ innovation and style earned over 50 international awards during the year.

Stellantis has laid the groundwork to seize new opportunities in 2025,” said Jean-Philippe Imparato, Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe, underscoring the company’s readiness for continued growth.
