Bentley Motors has been named a 2025 UK Top Employer, marking its 14th consecutive year on the prestigious list by The Top Employer Institute.

The recognition highlights Bentley’s strides in fostering an innovative and inclusive workplace, particularly excelling in strategic direction, working environment, learning and development, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

The certification follows a rigorous review across six HR and business categories, with Bentley improving its scores in all areas compared to last year, underscoring its commitment to enhancing employee experiences.

Dr. Karen Lange, Board Member for Human Resources, praised the recognition, emphasizing that Bentley’s success is built on its people.

She highlighted the company’s focus on collaboration and innovation as it transitions to a fully electric product line by 2035, beginning with its first electric car in 2026—a milestone in Bentley’s Beyond100+ strategy.
