JLR reported increased wholesale volumes for Q3 FY25 (ending December 31, 2024), signaling recovery from supply disruptions faced in Q2.
Wholesale volumes reached 104,427 units (excluding the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV), up 3% year-over-year and 20% quarter-over-quarter.
Growth was particularly notable in North America (+44%) and Europe (+6%), while declines were seen in China (-38%), the UK (-17%), and Overseas (-1%) markets. For the financial year to date, wholesale volumes totaled 289,485 units, down 1% compared to the previous year.

Retail sales, including the Chery JV, totaled 106,334 units, down 3% year-over-year but up 3% compared to Q2 FY25. Year-to-date retail sales reached 320,622 units, up 1% from the prior year.
The product mix continues to favor high-margin models, with Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and Defender comprising 70% of wholesale volumes. Demand for the Range Rover surged, with wholesale volumes up 48% quarter-over-quarter and 22% year-over-year, driven by easing supply chain issues and sustained strong demand.
