The Lexus RC, celebrating its 10th anniversary, stands out as a milestone in the brand’s history, representing innovation, performance, and versatility. Introduced in 2014, the Radical Coupe (RC) became Lexus’ first mass-produced fixed-roof coupe since the SC model, carving a niche with hybrid technology, V8 power, and racing prowess.

A Hybrid Pioneer

The Thrill of the RC F V8

The RC F, unveiled in 2014, harnessed the raw power of a 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8, producing 477 hp—the most potent V8 in Lexus history at the time. Sporting an active differential, launch control, and a retractable carbon fiber spoiler, the RC F combined extreme performance with everyday comfort. Over 12,000 units were sold globally.
The Track Edition took performance further, with lightweight components like carbon fiber panels, Brembo ceramic brakes, and titanium exhausts, achieving 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 270 km/h.
