Bentley has completed and delivered the first customer car from its exclusive Speed Six Continuation Series, marking the first new Speed Six to leave the Mulliner workshop since 1930.
This inaugural model, meticulously crafted over eight months, is headed to John Breslow, a U.S.-based collector and existing Blower Continuation Series owner. Finished in the classic Parsons Napier Green, the car embodies every detail of the original 1930 Speed Six, down to the hand-painted black chassis and iconic twin headlamps framed by a bold ‘4’ on the radiator.

Each Speed Six in the Continuation Series is built entirely by hand by Mulliner’s team of artisans, who have collaborated with specialist suppliers to recreate over 600 unique parts, including a newly cast 6½-liter engine block.
This painstakingly reproduced engine matches the performance of its historic counterpart, delivering 205 bhp—nearly identical to the 200 bhp of the original 1930 model. The cabin mirrors the Speed Six’s Le Mans-winning design, featuring period-authentic dials, switches, and plush Rust leather upholstery in rich brown and red tones.
The Speed Six Continuation Series follows the success of Bentley’s first pre-war recreation, the Blower Continuation Series, which used advanced laser-scanning and original blueprints from Bentley’s 1929 Team Car #2.
This meticulous approach was recently put to the test when a Blower Continuation Series car became the first factory-built Blower to complete a 24-hour race, finishing an endurance event at the Algarve circuit in Portimão, Portugal, organized by the Benjafield Racing Club.
The Speed Six and Blower Continuation Series celebrate Bentley’s racing heritage, with the former prized for its endurance and the latter famous for its raw speed. These Continuation Series cars showcase Mulliner’s dedication to precision and authenticity, bringing Bentley’s legendary pre-war craftsmanship to today’s collectors.
