The 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 has earned a spot on the 2025 Wards 10 Best Interiors & UX list, praised for its innovative cabin design, comfort, and eco-conscious materials.
Judges highlighted its clean aesthetics, spacious layout for up to seven passengers, and smart user-experience features that blend utility with sustainability.
“This all-electric SUV is more than transportation—it’s a flexible, connected space for modern families,” said Ricky Lao, director of product planning at Hyundai Motor North America.

WardsAuto editors evaluated vehicles based on design, comfort, infotainment, ADAS, and usability. Judge Dave Zoia called the IONIQ 9 “everything you could want in an upscale family hauler.”
